Content Guidelines

VelvetVault is a private gallery delivery platform for professional photographers delivering client work to adult clients.

Allowed Content

VelvetVault supports private delivery of professional photography involving adult clients, including:

  • Artistic portraiture
  • Boudoir photography in its traditional, non-explicit form
  • Professional photography from consensual sessions between adults
  • Wedding and event photography
  • General portrait and lifestyle photography

Prohibited Content

VelvetVault does not permit the following content under any circumstances:

  • Pornographic content
  • Explicit sexual acts
  • Fetish content
  • BDSM or sexualized violence
  • Simulated sex acts
  • Content depicting coercion, abuse, or exploitation
  • Any depiction involving minors

Photographer Responsibility

By uploading content, photographers represent and warrant that:

  • All subjects depicted are at least 18 years of age
  • All content is consensual and legally obtained
  • The photographer has the legal right to upload and distribute the content
  • The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

VelvetVault does not produce, curate, or commission content and functions solely as a neutral platform for private content delivery.

Takedown Policy

VelvetVault honors takedown requests from individuals depicted in uploaded content. Upon verified request, content will be removed promptly regardless of prior consent.

Age & Access Controls

Viewer Access

Galleries are private and accessible only via direct invitation from the photographer or client. VelvetVault does not offer public browsing or discovery features.

Age Statement

VelvetVault is intended for use by adults only. Users affirm that they are at least 18 years of age.

Content Moderation

VelvetVault reserves the right to remove content that violates platform policies or applicable laws. Content moderation may occur via automated systems, user reports, or manual review.
